The aim of this checklist is to facilitate a smooth transition into the launch phase by preemptively addressing potential challenges and mitigating any risks that could lead to operational delays during the initial launch of the developed platforms. It serves as a vital tool in our project management, ensuring that no essential task is overlooked and that every aspect of the project is ready for successful deployment.

User Acceptance Testing Environment

Generic Activities

• [ ] Configure, deploy, and share the UAT environment
• [ ] Set up issue tracking tools for internal tests
• [ ] Complete UAT and receive approval for final sign-off
• [ ] Update translation keys and complete the localization

Mobile App Activities

• [ ] Activate Google Play Marketplaces Account
• [ ] Activate Apple App Store Marketplaces Account
• [ ] Submit App for beta-testing

Production Environment
